Apex (Get Apex) is a trade name owned and run by Ahmed Shaaban as an individual. It is an independent software studio in Egypt providing design and development of websites, apps, online stores, business systems and automation.

Package and product prices are published on the checkout page and are fixed for the scope described in each package. Anything outside a package, or a custom system or app, is quoted in writing before work starts.

Some prices are in Egyptian pounds and some in US dollars. Card payments are charged in Egyptian pounds; USD prices are converted at 52 EGP per USD, rounded up to the nearest 10 EGP, and the final amount is shown in the order summary before you pay.

• You choose a product or service on the checkout page, review the summary and total, accept these terms and the Delivery & Refund Policy, then pay.
• Card payments are processed by the online payment gateway Fawaterak on a secure payment page (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza). You can also pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer.
• Available payment options: full payment, a 30% deposit for store products with the balance due on delivery, 3 interest-free monthly installments by agreement, or a monthly subscription paid in advance with no automatic renewal.
• The amount shown in the order summary is everything you pay. We do not add any fee or commission to the advertised price for paying online or for the payment method you choose.
• Payments to us may only be used to pay for the service — not, for example, to pay off another card's debt or to obtain cash.

All our services are digital and nothing is shipped physically. We contact you within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, and delivery dates are agreed in writing based on project size. Details and proof of delivery are in the Delivery & Refund Policy.

Governed by the Delivery & Refund Policy: a full refund before work starts, a refund of the unworked part during the project, and no refund after final delivery and your approval. Any refund goes back to the same payment method. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before disputing it with your bank.

Once we receive the full agreed amount, the code, designs and project files become the client's full property, with no further restrictions. For subscriptions, the right of use lasts for the paid subscription period.

The client is responsible for any content (text, images, data) they provide for their project, and must hold the full legal right to use it.

• We may refuse any project or order for an activity that breaks Egyptian law, such as gambling and betting, weapons, drugs, content that violates public morals, or selling counterfeit goods or pirated software and digital content.
• Our services and payments to us may not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. If we suspect this, we may refuse or stop the order and report it to the authorities.

We put in our best engineering effort to deliver your project at the highest quality, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a number of sales or visitors), since those depend on factors outside the technical build itself.

Any additional development or changes after project delivery are quoted separately, unless covered by a free support period agreed to in writing beforehand.

Card details are entered directly on Fawaterak's secure payment page; Apex never sees or stores your card number.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
