Apex is an independent software studio providing website, app, e-commerce, and business automation design and development services, on a project basis — not a monthly subscription.

Any rough price shown on the site (such as the cost calculator's result) is an estimate, not final. The final price is set in writing once we fully understand your project's details.

We agree on a payment schedule (a deposit plus milestone payments) before any actual work begins. No work starts without a clear written agreement on project scope and price.

Once we receive the full agreed amount, the code, designs, and project files become the client's full property, with no further restrictions.

The client is responsible for any content (text, images, data) they provide for their project, and must hold the full legal right to use it.

We put in our best engineering effort to deliver your project at the highest quality, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a number of sales or visitors), since those depend on factors outside the technical build itself.

Any additional development or changes after project delivery are quoted separately, unless covered by a free support period agreed to in writing beforehand.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
