Privacy Policy

• Your name, phone number and email, when you provide them yourself (in the contact form or on the checkout page).
• Details about your project (type, rough budget, idea description) when you write them in the contact form, one of our free tools, or a conversation with the AI assistant on the site.
• Order and payment details: the product or service, the amount, the transaction status and ID, and your acceptance of the terms and refund policy before paying.

When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly on the secure payment page of Fawaterak and never pass through Apex's servers. We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVV; we only receive a payment confirmation (amount, status and transaction ID).

To respond to your inquiry, prepare an accurate quote, fulfil your order and confirm your payment, and keep in touch about your project or subscription.

• Only the Apex team (the founder, and anyone assisting with delivery when needed).
• Fawaterak, our online payment gateway, which receives your name, phone number, the order description and the amount, as needed to process your payment.
• The providers the site runs on: Hostinger (hosting and server), Google (the Gemini model behind the AI assistant and free tools), and Telegram (internal team alerts about new requests).
• Banks and authorities, when the law requires it, to investigate a payment dispute, or to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on our own systems (a private server and n8n automation) and in our email inbox, and the whole site runs over encrypted SSL. We keep data for as long as we're in touch or delivering your project, and we keep a record of every payment (order, amount, date and transaction ID) for at least six months from the payment date, and longer if the law requires.

You can ask us at any time to show you your data, correct it, or delete it entirely (except financial records we are legally required to keep), by contacting us directly.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visitor numbers, the most viewed pages and ad performance. They set basic cookies on your device and do not collect your name or personal details unless you submit them yourself. The site also loads Google Fonts. You can opt out of tracking via your browser settings or a tracking-blocker extension.

When you order the US business license, we ask for a photo of your ID or passport through a private link after payment. We keep it in private storage that is not public, we never send it by email, and only the person handling your order and the certified partner carrying out the service can see it, solely to complete your order. We delete it within 30 days of receiving it.

We may update this policy from time to time, and any material change will be posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.
